Sexual orientation and gender are important parts of our identity. You might be unsure of your sexual orientation and/or gender identity, or you may have been clear about it since childhood and have expressed it from a young age. The process of understanding and expressing our sexual orientation and gender identity is unique to every person. And it isn't a one-time event.
If you are...
- Coming out (or know someone who is) and trying to understand your sexual orientation and/or gender identity
- Needing to talk to someone (safe) about your sexual orientation and/or gender identity
- Wanting to support your 2SLGBTQ+ loved one
- Planning to make your school a 'positive space' (i.e. a welcoming place for people who identify as 2SLGBTQ+)
- Looking to learn more about pronouns, homophobia, being an ally, and more
...we want you to know that there is so much good information to explore, training tools available to create positive spaces - and most importantly, there are places you can find community and support.
