Getting your child vaccinated is an important decision. When you choose to vaccinate your child, you are protecting them from many vaccine preventable diseases (Maladies pouvant être prévenues par la vaccination) that can cause serious illness and even death.

If you plan to bring a child other than your own to receive their vaccines at the Health Unit, proof of legal guardianship/permission will be requested by the immunizing public health nurse. Please remember to bring this documentation with you to every appointment.
