Adventures in Cooking is a program for kids aged 8-12. The Health Unit trains community groups to lead the program. The Health Unit also trains community partners to lead community kitchens. Contact us at 1-800-563-2808 ext. 5532 for more information.
The Northern Fruit and Vegetable Program (NFVP) provides two free servings of fruit and vegetables each week to students (JK to grade 8) from January to June. The main goal of the program is to increase the likeability of vegetables and fruit among children. Learn more about the NFVP.
