NIPISSING & PARRY SOUND, ON – The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) will be holding mobile and walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinics this week throughout the Health Unit district. Individuals who wish to receive a first or second dose are invited to walk in without an appointment, and should bring a health card or other identification, if possible. Individuals eligible for a third dose can also attend clinics if they have the required documentation as well as identification. Clinics will offer both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
Clinics this week include:
North Bay:
- Wednesday, September 15 at Northgate Shopping Centre Parking Lot (1500 Fisher Street, North Bay) from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Parry Sound:
- Wednesday, September 15 at Bobby Orr Community Centre (7-17 Mary Street, Parry Sound) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Seguin:
- Thursday, September 16 at Seguin Municipal Office Parking Lot (5 Humphrey Drive, Seguin) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
South River:
- Friday, September 17 at South River Brewing Co. (309 B Hwy 124, South River) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Trout Creek:
- Friday, September 17 at Trout Creek Community Centre (181 Main Street West, Trout Creek) from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
COVID-19 vaccine clinics are also taking place at schools for staff and students only. Staff, students, parents and guardians can contact their school for more information.
