Back to SearchNORTH BAY, ON - As of May 21, 2021, an Order has been issued by the Superior Court of Justice, restraining Alexandra Stewart, owner and operator of Stewart’s Decorating, located at 1370 Regina Street, North Bay, from further non-compliance with a Section 22 Order issued to her on April 17, 2021. The Order has been granted in accordance with section 102 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act. Investigations conducted by Public Health Inspectors at the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit have indicated that Ms. Stewart has not complied with the previously issued Section 22 Order, and, as a result, the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit applied to the Superior Court of Justice for relief.
Alexandra Stewart operating as Stewart’s Decorating, will have an opportunity to appear before the Superior Court of Justice in connection with the restraining Order. The hearing is scheduled for May 25, 2021 at 10 a.m.
