News Release: Put a Spring in Your Step and Get out Walking!

MATTAWA, ON – The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) in partnership with the Town of Mattawa and the Stay On Your Feet coalition has launched Spring in Your Step – a six-week walking campaign to promote individuals 55 years and older to get out and walk.

NIPISSING ET PARRY SOUND (ONTARIO) – Les personnes âgées de cinq ans et plus sont les bienvenues aux cliniques de vaccination contre la COVID-19 qui auront lieu cette semaine. La première, la deuxième, la troisième, et la quatrième dose seront offertes aux personnes admissibles. Le port d'un masque est obligatoire dans toutes les cliniques. Les personnes doivent apporter une carte de santé ou une autre forme d'identification, si possible.

NIPISSING & PARRY SOUND, ON – Walk-ins ages five and older are welcome at COVID-19 vaccine clinics taking place this week. First, second, third and fourth doses will be offered to eligible individuals. Face coverings are required at all clinics. Individuals should bring a health card or another form of identification, if possible.

The following clinics are taking place this week:

Callander

• Wednesday, May 11 at Royal Canadian Legion (345 Lansdowne St., Callander) from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
